Everyone thinks of NSPCC and they think “extreme cases”.

Harrowing abuse.

The old charity ads of the past.

We needed to raise awareness of its support for everyday advice around digital anxieties.

But by offering something entertaining and “entertaining”.

So we lent into the popularity of the suburban horror genre, revived by Stranger Things and appealing to both adults and kids.

The result was a cinematic masterpiece, produced by Partizan and directed by Ethan & Tom, shot on 35mm by BAFTA-nominated Nick Morris and featuring a original analogue-led score by Johnny Jewel of Chromatics.

And if you thought making digital anxieties accessible was a tough brief, think again.

Another project I worked on started with the tough question:

How do you make “sextortion” an “entertaining” and engaging subject for 11-18 year old boys?

That lead to:

Leng or Liar?

We met young people in the spaces they are already, with talent and content in the styles they already love.

That resulted in a hilarious and entertaining YouTube challenge video, featuring rising stars WhyDee and Kay the Jeweller from The Charvas and BBC Radio 1 Presenter Richie Brave.
